Why Is Phlebotomy Refresher Course Important?
Phlebotomy is a vital aspect of the medical field as it is used to diagnose illnesses and conditions. Drawing uncontaminated blood is especially important for the integrity of the test results and should be done by a trained medical professional who has undergone adequate training. Laboratory clinicians rely on phlebotomists to supply high-quality samples, allowing them to create medical reports that can be life-saving and life-altering. This, in turn, provides primary healthcare providers the ability to make an accurate diagnosis and provide the right treatment and medication to help patients manage their conditions.
